Hraparak: Intrigues start in ENA ahead of Putin’s visit
Interesting developments are taking place in companies based on Russian capital ahead of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Armenia. First petrol cisterns of South Caucasus Railways derail and overturn, then large cities of Armenia are left without electricity, while yesterday – unexpectedly to the public – a protest erupted in Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) Company, ‘Hraparak’ says.
“Yesterday’s protest was not expected by ENA General Director Bibin. He came out of his office and tried to calm the resentful employees of the large users’ service department”, the daily writes.
Sources close to ENA say that not everyone in the company is happy with Bibin’s policy and there is an internal confrontation between him and the former director Yevgeni Gladunchik’s team.
“Although the team of Alexander Bibin managed to reduce the turnover of ‘shadow’ sums in ENA and antagonize many, nevertheless, he is said to be an inflexible boss who treats subordinates with disdain,” the paper writes.
