Zhoghovurd: Fined companies find new access to state budget funds
‘Zhoghovurd’ paper earlier wrote that the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition fined companies supplying food to schools, orphanages, and old people’s homes. In particular, Yereknuk, Sear Group, and Amaras Yus Companies were fined 15 million drams each for supplying spread instead of butter or sour cream at double prices.
The paper reminds its readers that all the three companies belong to the same man – Yuri Adyan, a resident of Gazarahogh village in Martakert region of Nagorno Karabakh. The company was deprived of the right to participate in state purchase tenders, but new actions were taken for access to budget funds. “Zhoghovurd’ learned that the same persons set up a new company – Tisa CJSC which already participated in state purchase tenders. “Naturally the company’s founder is another person, Ani Andreasian who said she has no relation to Yuri Adyan. Besides, the violating companies resort to jugglery to evade state duties,” the paper says.
