ArmRosGazprom develops projects of entering export markets in 2014

At the enlarged meeting today, Director General of ArmRosGazprom (ARG) CJSC Vardan Harutyunian summarized the results of the company’s work in 2013, assessing positively the implementation of programs, especially the launch of 5th unit of Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant, according to the press service of the company.

V. Harutyunian stressed that the operation of Hrazdan-5 is a serious resource to ensure dynamic development of ARG. He gave instructions to work consistently and develop the appropriate projects aimed at the company’s entrance into export markets.

He presented in detail the projects and priorities for 2014.

Underlining the importance of measures on the reconstruction and modernization of the gas-transport and gas distribution systems and on the extension of the Abovian gas storage, V. Harutyunian said that he considers this work and the improvement of the quality of service as priorities for the investment program’s implementation.

The ARG director general said that the load on the gas transport grid increased because of cold weather, but all the necessary measures are being taken to ensure an uninterrupted gas supply of consumers and avoid possible emergencies.

Expressing his gratitude to the company’s respective services for their 24-hour work, especially during the holidays, V. Harutyunian instructed them to continue scheduled work related to the winter period and pay special attention to safety requirements and the quality of service.
