Premiers of Armenia and Russia to discuss bilateral cooperation in Sochi
Prime Ministers of Armenia and Russia – Tigran Sargsyan and Dmitry Medvedev will hold talks on a number of issues of bilateral cooperation in Sochi on Monday, February 24, RIA Novosti reported citing the press service of the Russian government.
“Dmitry Medvedev and Tigran Sargsyan will discuss topical issues of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic and investment spheres, including joint projects in energy, industry, and infrastructure,” the report said.
Issues of Armenia’s participation in the Eurasian integration process are also expected to be discussed at the meeting.
We would remind you that during the talks held in Moscow on September 3, 2013, Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Vladimir Putin discussed the state and prospects of bilateral allied partnership and issues of foreign-policy cooperation. The heads of Armenia and Russia reaffirmed the intention of Yerevan and Moscow to continue developing the economic integration processes in the Eurasian space.
