Hraparak: Sargsyan-Kocharian meeting was held?
‘Hraparak’ paper writes: “Some sources claim that Tigran Sargsyan wanted to resign as prime minister in December, citing tiredness, but he was told to complete the roadmap for Customs Union entry and then to resign. According to the same sources, the ruling HHK’s economic forum recently held at Marriott Yerevan Hotel can be viewed as the end of that process. Upon his return from the funeral of Spain’s former prime minister, Tigran Sargsyan was told that he could resign.
On the same evening Seyran Ohanian, Gorik Hakobian, Vladimir Gasparian, Arthur Baghdasarian and some other officials were summoned to the presidential residence and informed about the prime minister’s resignation. The issue of the next prime minister was discussed, but no final decision was made… By the way, some people claim that a meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharian took place a few days ago, but ‘Hraparak’ failed to verify that information”.
