Hrachia Harutyunian’s lawyer informs Ombudsman of details
The Troitski district court in Moscow held today a hearing of Armenian citizen Harchia Harutyunian case. Harutyunian’s lawyer, Ruben Margarian, informed Armenian Ombudsman Karen Andreasian of details of the court hearing, according to a statement of Ombudsman’s Staff.
“It was announced at the court sitting that Hrachia Harutyunian’s arrest has been extended until October 3, 2014. The persons who suffered medium gravity injuries were removed from the list of victims, submitted by the body conducting a preliminary investigation.
The court said that some evidence collected by the investigatory body, including evidence that Hrachia Harutyinian showed а deliberately forged document, may be removed from the criminal case. The next hearing is due on April 17,” the statement says.
Hrachia Harutyunian is accused of causing a deadly road accident near Moscow on July 13 of last year.
