Zhoghovurd: Arthur Baghdasarian unwilling to enter a coalition with HHK
‘Zhoghovurd’ writes citing its sources that the situation is becoming tense in Orinats Yerkir Party (OEK). According to the paper, the party leader Arthur Baghdasarian is unwilling to enter a coalition with Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) once again.
Baghdasarian even declared that OEK intends to go into opposition. He called upon the party members to take to the streets and struggle – to raise the rating. OEK will make a final decision at the sitting of the party’s political board on April 16.
“According to the paper’s sources, if OEK refuses to form a coalition with HHK, many members of OEK will quit that party. Moreover, Urban Development Minister Samvel Tadevosian, Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsian and Agriculture Minister Sergo Karapetian already informed Arthur Baghdasarain about it. A. Baghdasarian’s decision in this situation will become clear tomorrow,” the paper says.
