Haykakan Zhamanak: Who will get remaining ministerial portfolios?
The new government of Armenia will be formed after appointment of the remaining five ministers – agriculture minister, minister of nature protection, minister of sport and youth affairs, minister of energy and natural resources, and justice minister.
According to ‘Haykakan Zhamanak’, Ararat regional governor Aramais Grigorian may be appointed agriculture minister, Vardan Aivazian - nature protection minister, and the current head of the State Committee of Cadaster Yervand Zakarian may become minister of energy and natural resources.
The acting justice minister Hrayr Tovmasian is considered the most likely candidate for that post. The acting minister of sport and youth affairs Yuri Vardanian tries hard to retain his post, although the head of Sports Department of Armenia’s National Olympic Committee Gabriel Ghazarian is also mentioned as a candidate.
