Hundreds missing in Afghanistan landslide
Some 250 people are missing after a landslide hit northeastern Afghanistan, Sky News reported, citing police.
Hundreds of homes in the village of Hobo Barik were buried by the landslide at around 1pm local time on Friday.
Faziluddin Hayar, police chief in Badakshan province, said seven people have been rescued and search crews were looking for more survivors.
