Hraparak: Discontent with governor mounts in Gegharkunik province
Discontent with regional governor Rafik Grigorian is mounting in Armenia’s Gegharkunik province, ‘Hraparak’ paper writes.
According to the newspaper, the governor shows special concern only for the city of Gavar as he is on friendly terms with Gavar mayor Gurgen Martirosian.
“Almost all of the programs proposed by the Armenian government are implemented in Gavar, whereas other communities are ignored. For example, recently 50 million drams was allocated for the city’s square,” the paper notes.
