168 Hours: MP Grigorian resigned because of problems with Tsarukian
The former commander of the Armenian police interior troops Lieutenant General Grigor Grigorian gave up his parliamentary seat on health grounds.
Yet, according to ‘168 Hours’ paper, in reality Grigorian resigned because of his problems with the leader of Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) Gagik Tsarukian.
Grigorian was accused of failing to work in favor of BHK candidate during elections of Ararat mayor. On polling day he was vacationing in a Russian resort with money of members of Republican Party of Armenia.
