Discontent is brewing in parliament after business trips cancelled
'Hraparak’ paper writes that discontent with speaker Galust Sahakyan and former speaker Hovik Abrahamyan is brewing in the parliament. “After H. Abrahamyan resigned as speaker and Orinats Yerkir Party ‘went into opposition’, G. Sahakyan received an order from above to ‘cancel’ all business trips, except for most urgent ones, to keep Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) faction in readiness in the homeland so as not to ruin votes. The speaker did not even try to conceal that fact. He confessed in the session hall that the decision is dictated by the political situation”.
