Haykakan Zhamanak: Andarnik Mirzoyan to become deputy head of IC
‘Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily says that former head of Armenia’s Special Investigation Service Andarnik Mirzoyan who was relieved of his post by a presidential decree a year ago may become deputy head of the newly created Investigative Committee. A few days ago former Armenian prosecutor general Aghvan Hovsepyan was appointed chairman of the Investigative Committee.
According to the daily, prosecutors Koryun Piloyan and Mnatsakan Sargsyan, as well as Vahagn Harutyunyan who now serves as head of the Investigative Department for Cases of Special Importance of Armenian Police, may get positions in the new structure.
