Armenia to allocate 45bn drams to Karabakh under 2015 state budget
About 50% of the 2015 state budget will be allocated to the social sphere, Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan said during parliamentary discussions today.
It is planned to allocate 45 billion drams to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, the prime minister said.
In his words, the state budget places emphasis on two directions – improvement of the business environment and development of exports and the raw material market.
According to Hovik Abrahamyan, the parliament is also discussing the issue of amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax so as to ensure the same conditions for the state and business entities and rule out double standards. “Our target is big business,” the prime minister noted.
