Armenia to pay EEU membership fee from 2016
Starting from 2016 Armenia will pay a membership fee of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The fee will make 1.13% of the distribution of common customs duties, Deputy Finance Minister of Armenia Suren Karayan said during parliamentary hearings today.
Under the agreement on Armenia’s accession to the EEU, it is planned to provide concessions to change customs duties of 752 types of goods. Concessions are also envisaged for imports of a number of commodities for educational, scientific and cultural purposes.
