President of NKR meets U.S. businessmen in Los Angeles

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with a group of Armenian American businessmen in Los Angeles to discuss issues related to various investment programs in Artsakh, the presidential press office said.

Deputy PM of NKR Arthur Aghabekyan provided information about Artsakh’s investments opportunities.

The president underscored the need to impart a new quality to the business programs currently implemented by the Diaspora in Artsakh and the development of mutually beneficial ties, adding that quite favorable conditions were created in Artsakh for this purpose. He called that cooperation an expression of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora unshakeable trinity, which is not affected by any geopolitical developments.

Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pergev Martirosyan, Armenian Ambassador to the U.S. Tigran Sargsyan, other officials were present at the meeting.
