Russia considers it expedient to transfer V. Permyakov case to Armenia
A high-ranking delegation that arrived in Armenia from Russia considers it expedient that the case of Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov suspected of killed six members of a family in Gyumri be transferred to the Armenian side, First Deputy Chief of the Armenian Police Hunan Poghosyan said today.
According to him, some procedural issues are now being dealt with. A criminal case was opened under Article 104 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. A criminal case was also filed in Russia under articles “murder’ and ‘desertion’.
