Valery Permyakov to be held criminally liable in territory of Armenia
Criminal proceedings will be instituted in the territory of Armenia against Russian serviceman Valery Permyakov accused of murdering six people of a family in the Armenian city of Gyumri, Armenian Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan said at a press conference today.
“Criminal proceedings will be instituted against the criminal in the territory of Armenia. Everyone will have the opportunity to follow the trial, including the administration of punishment,” the prosecutor general said.
“We will show consistency in this matter, and we are doing everything according to our legislation and international law. This person will be held liable in the territory of Armenia,” the prosecutor general said.
