Haykakan Zhamanak: Government tries to get large loan
Haykakan Zhamanak’ daily says that with the purpose of mitigating the impact of the deepening economic crisis, the Armenian government is trying to get a large loan from international financial institutions so as to implement a large-scale program.
“According to some estimates, the program’s cost will range from $800 million to $1 billion. The matter concerns construction of several large facilities within 1 – 1.5 years. It will enable to create the maximum number of jobs and ensure orders for the capacities in service,” the paper writes.
