Five relatives of murdered Gyumri family recognized as legal successors
Five close relatives of the seven-member family killed by Russian soldier Valery Permyakov on January 12 in the city of Gyumri have been recognized as legal successors of the victims.
According to Armenia’s Investigative Committee, the legal successors, as well as fellow soldiers of Permyakov, his commanders, the heads of the duty detail on January 12, 1015, and officers in charge were questioned
Investigators established the three mobile phones Permyakov had during his detention belonged to the victims. The Investigative Committee asked the mobile operator to provide data of those phones’ calls.
