Aravot: Aram Sargsyan. We do not see ways intersecting with ANC at this point. I do not think that will happen in the future
In his interview to "Aravot", President of the political board of the Republic party, Aram Sargsyan, referring to the ANC leader Levon Zurabyan's observation that they can see a possibility of political consolidation amid the constitutional reforms, when asked whether they are considering the option to cooperate with the opposition, replied: "If they think so they should not have burnt bridges, but should have left some room for cooperation.
I am against the idea of them inventing litmus paper ... We are against the constitutional reforms, but I am also against treating those who do not support the reforms as traitors.
Our party has considered the issue many times. We have our approach to upcoming political processes, and we do not see any intersections with ANC at this point and I do not think that will happen in the future."
