Armenian president receives heads of EEU Customs Services
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has received on Thursday head of the Customs Services of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member-states, who arrived in Armenia to take part in the 14th meeting of the United Council of the EEU Customs Services.
Participating in the meeting was Armenia’s Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan, Head of Russia’s Federal Customs Service Andrey Belyanikov, Head of the Customs Committee of Belarus Yuri Senko,
Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan Gosman Amrin, Minister for Customs Cooperation, Eurasian Economic Commission, Vladimir Goshin, Head of the Customs Service of Armenia Adamkul Zhusonov and First Deputy Head of Tajikistan’s Customs Service Negmat Rakhmatov.
Armenia’s leader welcomed the gusts and expressed hope that the first meeting will prove effective and constructive discussions of issues on the agenda will contribute to cooperation and raise the EEU’s efficiency.
President Serzh Sargsyan awarded a Friendship Order to Head of the Russian Customs Service Andrey Belyanikov for his contribution to Armenian-Russian friendship.
