iPhone 7 release date 2015: Apple to launch three new models this year
Apple is reportedly working on launching three new iPhone models this year.
The iPhone 7 release date is expected to bring updates to the current iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, as well as the return of a 4-inch flagship device.
A new report from DigiTimes currently making the rounds suggests that for the iPhone 7 release date 2015, consumers will be able to choose from three different iPhone models. The Taiwan-based trade publication claims Apple’s main processor supplier TSMC is producing chips to power a 4-inch iPhone 6 device dubbed the iPhone 6c.
The smaller and more affordable device will supposedly cost between $400 to $500 with Apple hoping to sell 10 to 20 million units in the first month of its release.
The current 4.7-inch iPhone 6 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6 Plus are the best-selling iPhones yet so they will likely be updated when the iPhone 7 release date rolls around.
