Ceasefire Agreement is most tangible result of Minsk process
Exactly 21 years ago, on May 12, 1994, the Ceasefire Agreement between Armenia, Azerbaijan and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic took effect. This document is the most tangible result of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, Masis Mayilyan, chairman of the NKR Public Council on Foreign Policy and Security, said at a roundtable discussion on Tuesday.
Masis Mayilyan, former Deputy Foreign Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh, noted that the Minsk process on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict launched in March 1992.
“The Ceasefire Agreement is the most tangible result of the Minsk process. It was signed with Russia’s mediation and with the OSCE’s assistance,” Mayilyan said.
