Aviation sector is at Prime Minister immediate focus
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, on Friday chaired a consultation devoted to the aviation-related challenges of the country. The discussants conferred on the present-day situation in Armenia’s civil aviation sector, following the government’s adoption of the “open skies” policy.
Armenian Public Council members presented several proposals to improve this sector in Armenia. Abrahamyan, for his part, stressed that the aviation sector is at his immediate focus. He expressed readiness, on behalf of the government, to support any reasonable proposal aimed at the development of this sector in the country.
The PM also instructed those in charge of this matter to continue the discussions within the framework of a respective working group.
