Inter-departmental commission set up to ensure implementation of EU’s Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement convenes first sitting
First working sitting of the inter-departmental commission set up to ensure the implementation of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement took place today chaired by the chairman of the commission, vice prime minister Mher Grigoryan, government’s press service reports.
Opening the sitting Grigoryan stressed that the implementation of the agreement will promote the implementation of a number of significant reforms in all the spheres.
The vice premier highly assessed the work of the stakeholder bodies in the preparation phase, expressing hope that the initially developed documents will help the commission in proper implementation of the work.
The participants of the sitting discussed the road map development issues and approved the clear schedule for its approval. According to the schedule, by the end of the year the road map for the implementation of events in the sidelines of the Agreement will be approved.
The sitting also discussed the proposals of the members of the commission on making its work more efficient.
