I see Karabakh as Armenia’s part – Nikol Pashinyan
At the meeting with the representatives of the Moscow-based Armenian businessmen Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement issue, Armenpress reports.
PM said that he is often asked whether he is ready for mutual concessions in Karabakh issue.
“While answering this question I always stress that first it is necessary to ask Azerbaijan whether it is ready for concessions, because in conditions when Azerbaijan always threatens Artsakh and Armenia to say that Armenia is ready for concessions means to display weakness. We will never do that. We say that no one can threat Armenia. We will not allow it,” the PM said.
The Prime Minister said in future he sees Karabakh as Armenia’s part. “As to what we see for future, I will say what I have said previously – I see Karabakh as Armenia’s part. This route does not consist of one step it may consist of one or three steps but our vision of future is that. And there is no doubt in it,” the PM noted.
