Number of traffic incidents reduces in Armenia
According to the information of the Armenian police the situation with the traffic incidents has a bit improved in Armenia as compared with the past year. In particular, from September 1-12 136 road accidents have been registered in the country against 143 of the same span of the past year.
The number of victims and injured has reduced as well with 6 and 12 respectively. Last year in the mentioned period of time 15 people were killed as a result of road accidents, 193 got different injuries. In 2018 during September 1-12 9 people were killed, 181 injured.
The police press service reports that the road police are doing everything to preserve the positive dynamics and expect people’s support. “Ensuring complete safety of road traffic is possible only by combining the will and efforts of all of us,” the police reported.
