Armenian FM, Karabakh NA chairman discuss Karabakh conflict regulation process

Chairman of the Karabakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan received on September 17 Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan. The head of the Karabakh parliament attached importance to the frequent contacts with the Armenian FM relating the necessity of discussion of foreign political agenda, NKR NA press service reports.

Ashot Ghulyan also referred to the role of parliamentary diplomacy in presenting Artsakh Republic to international organizations.

Speaking about current challenges and issues of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan noted that the most important issue is ensuring Karabakh’s security and status.

The parties also exchanged ideas over the prospects of developing bilateral cooperation, intensification of inter-parliamentary diplomacy and Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict regulation process.
