Head of Armenian delegation to PACE briefs on Azerbaijani shelling of Armenia’s Koti village
Head of the Armenian delegation to PACE briefed at the session of the Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan’s shelling of Koti village and injuring civilian Suren Sepkhanyan.
Deputy parliament speaker, head of the delegation Arpine Hovhannisyan wrote in her Facebook page that she also informed the participants about shelling of other Armenian settlements as well.
“Making use of recent domestic political situation the Azerbaijani authorities are trying to put the blame of failures in the Karabakh conflict regulation process on the Armenian side,” Hovhannisyan wrote, adding that “despite political disagreements over domestic political issues all are united in Karabakh issue.”
As to the committee’s agenda issues, Hovhannisyan said with the request of the participants she briefed on the recent domestic political developments in the country.
