Permanent rallies or stubborn work: PAP mayoral candidates calls to make right choice

Prosperous Armenia Party mayoral candidate Naira Zohrabyan addressed electors on the eve of the upcoming Yerevan City Council elections.

“For quite a long time we are living in other Armenia, we have rejected the old one but unfortunately failed to create the new one. And if the main action of rejecting is destroying, the action of creation of new one is building. To reject it is necessary to conduct rallies, create tension, keep emotions high. To build it is necessary to work literally and calm the emotions down. If it is not being done, the country continues being governed by psychology of revolutionary rallies, the state remains in the neutral zone between the rejected past and uncreated new,” Zohrbyan said in her message.

She stressed that during the election campaign everything was done to play on revolutionary emotions of people, to close the people in "we and our rallies" circle for them not to see the serious dangers which will not knock the door but smash it.

Zohrabyan also reminded that from the beginning of the campaign she invited the candidate of the ruling party for debates.

“He stubbornly avoided for well known reasons. Instead, he preferred preliminary recorded show by Public TV,” she stressed, adding that few hours have been left and she again invites My Step alliance’s candidate for live debate but voiced conviction that he will not come.

In case of her victory Zohrabyan said best specialists will jointly manage the capital and promised to make it a clean, safe and convenient city. “Our suggestion is clear – permanent rallies or stubborn work. The choice is yours,” she concluded.
