Armenia’s PM to convene consultations with all political forces over conduction of snap parliamentary elections
Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will convene consultation with the parliamentary and extra parliamentary forces to discuss the conduction of snap parliamentary elections.
“After my return I will convene consultation with all the parliamentary and extra parliamentary forces to discuss the time and terms of conduction of snap parliamentary elections,” government’s press service cites him as saying.
“In general we thought about the conduction of elections within a year starting from June but the developments, economy’s standby and the investors who do not believe that the political situation in the country will not change need long-term political fixation,” he said, stressing that for ensuring economic development and more favorable investment field the snap elections should be conducted earlier.
