The time of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Armenia is unclear, more probably it will take place in 2019, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said, speaking to reporters.
“The visit of the Russian president to Armenia has already been discussed but specific terms have not been discussed yet,” he said.
According to Ushakov, by the end of the year the two presidents will meet in Dushanbe at the CIS summit September 27-28, in Astana at the CSTO session and in Moscow in December at the Eurasian Economic Union summit .
“This will be the contacts between the Armenian and Russian presidents till the end of the year. Thus, I think the visit to Armenia will be scheduled for the next year,” Ushakov said.
