Armenia’s President meets leaderships of French leading companies

Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian who is in Paris on a working visit met with heads of a number of leading French companies, president’s press office reports.

President Sarkissian particularly met with the leadership of THALES, one of the leading companies in aviation-space sector.

During the meeting an arrangement has been reached over participation of company’s delegation in the business forum on October 10 in Yerevan in the sidelines of Francophone Summit.

Armenia President attached significance to the active and practical participation of the French well-known company in the works of the forum.

During the meeting with the leadership of Orano company, majoring in nuclear and recovering energy, Sarkissian discussed opportunities on company’s activity in Armenia.

The interlocutors agreed over the necessity to expand presence in the country and particularly the company's participation in the raise of Armenia’s Nuclear Plant’s security level.

Armenia’s President also met with the leadership of ADS company, spoke about Armenia’s favorable business environment. The parties reached arrangement over establishment of regional financial service center in Armenia.

President Sarkissian also met with Sodial company leadership working in the sphere of food delivery.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed opportunities of cooperation. In particular, an arrangement has been reached over the visit of company’s delegation to Armenia to study the sphere.
