Impression of political crisis being created to heroically overcome it: Armen Rustamyan

We create an impression of political crisis to heroically overcome it, ARF-D faction head Armen Rustamyan said, speaking to reporters on Wednesday.

“There are no unsolved disputes between the executive and legislative powers. As you see, the National Assembly works and adopts all decisions. What crisis is it being spoken about? We are creating impression of political crisis to heroically overcome it. An impression is that we always need a character of an enemy to be mobilized against it,” he said, adding that it will be very hard to get rid of these characters.

“How will we manage to overcome the psychology “those who are not with us, are our enemies”?” Rustamyan stressed.

As to the reason of such immediate adoption of the controversial bill on changes in the NA Regulation, Rustamyan said it was not an immediate surprise bill. “If they were present in the State Legal Committee’s sitting and did not understand what it was being spoken about, let them blame themselves,” he stressed.
