Neither my hands are in blood, nor my pockets filled with else’s money: Eduard Sharmazanov
Armenia’s Prime Minister has not voiced any justification why the snap parliamentary elections should be conducted in December, NA vice speaker Eduard Sharmazanov told the reporters today, expressing his concern over it.
“Irrespective of how many people back the Prime Minister, the National Assembly is Armenia’s legislative body and one cannot interfere into its works putting pressures or voicing threats,” he said.
Sharmazanov also stressed that he is not the one to stick to his mandate.
“I have done nothing but served the nation. Let them do the half of what I did, I will tell them bravo. I do not voice how many MPs I brought to Artsakh, to the frontline, how much I worked over adoption of genocide in many countries. Neither my hands are in blood nor my pockets filled with else’s money,” he stressed, adding that this mandate has not given him authorities.
“I clearly understand that what I say now is not heard by majority, but I am telling it for them not to say tomorrow "was not there a sober man to say that it is not the way to behave with the NA,” he stressed.
