Five people among them Republican faction MPs' bodyguards taken to police station on rally day
Five people among them bodyguards of Republican faction MPs Mihran Poghosyan and Arayik Grigoryan were taken to a police station during the October 2 rally, chief of the police Valery Osipyan told the reporters today.
As to the bad words voiced by the MPs themselves, Osipyan said materials are being prepared.
As to the statement of ARF-D MP Ruzanna Arakelyan that her entrance to the NA was impeded due to which she did not participate in the extraordinary session, Osipyan said she was sent a corresponding notification but refused to come.
“She said there are no problems. She refused to come to police and asked not to bother her with that issue,” Osipyan said.
As to the statement of Republican vice chairman Armen Ashotyan as if cars were damaged and some windows of the NA, Osipyan said they have not received any complaints about damaged cars. As to windows, the head of the NA staff said no windows have been broken.
