Hraparak: Number of ministries to be cut

Hraparak daily writes that the authorities are working intensively not only on their proportional list and NA’ future configuration but on the structural changes in the future government as well.

Citing its governmental sources, the paper writes that a decision has been made to cut the number of ministries which was considered by the previous authorities as well for optimization of institutions whose functions are either repeating or are very close to each other.

The paper says it is being spoken about social affairs and health ministries, sports, youth affairs and culture ministries and about making Diaspora Ministry Foreign Ministry’s branch.

The ministerial candidacies are also being seriously discussed. Changes are expected in force blocks. The paper says it is being spoken about leaving 8 or 10 ministries out of 18.
