Armenia’s economy has certain issues: acting finance minister
Armenia’s acting finance minister Atom Janjughazyan refutes the claim that after the revolution Armenia’s economy has registered a downfall.
“It is rather exaggerated. But we do accept that issues exist and we must come into terms with them,” the acting minister said.
He said it will not be right to outline just one issue and say that the economic growth figures are agreed with it.
“We do not hurry in the issue as the selection of the model of economic policy and economic growth is being predicted not by our short-term actions but our long-term expectations. We will not see the results of our activites for a long time, but we must choose a right way to be sure that the goals we have set are reached,” he said.
