Armenia, Karabakh should be ready to any kind of developments: Acting PM
Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan conducted a private meeting with the Nagorno Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan which was followed with a meeting in an extended format.
During the private meeting the interlocutors discussed a wide-range of issues on cooperation between the two Armenian republics. The leaders of the two countries highlighted the reinforcement of ties and expansion of cooperation in different directions.
At the extended meeting issues on enhancement of fighting efficiency of the Defense Army, military cooperation between Armenia and Artsakh, situation on the border, foreign and domestic political issues of the two counties were discussed.
On November 4 Nikol Pashinyan and Bako Sahakyan visited Artsakh eastern bordering sectors and got familiarized with the process of service of the soldiers and the operative situation of the border.
“We may register that the ceasefire violation cases are minimal and mainly are not targeted. We may also state that though not completely, but the reached arrangements are maintained. In any case we should be ready for any developments. There are issues which seemed to be settled, but we are to learn it from soldiers whether they are really settled or not. If we do not discuss issues openly, we will have difficulties while settling them,” Pashinyan said.
The acting Prime Minister and Artsakh President talked with the soldiers, listened to the opinions of servicemen and their commanders. Pashinyan convinced that everything will be done first of all for the convenience of the soldiers.
