After establishing operative communication Azerbaijan becomes more constructive: Acting DM
The tension on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan has considerably reduced, Armenia’s acting defense minister Davit Tonoyan told the reporters today.
“After the arrangements in Dushanbe the border tension has reduced,” the acting DM said.
He also stressed that the operative communication established between Armenia and Azerbaijan continues functioning.
“During the ceasefire violations the parties inform about it via the established communication,” Tonoyan said.
As to in what cases the operative communication is being established practically, Tonoyan said, “We or the Azerbaijani side establish communication asking to stop some undesirable movements, engineering works.”
As a result the undesirable processes are being stopped. The acting defense minister also stressed that after the establishment of operative communication the Azerbaijani side has become more constructive. The Armenian side as well responds in the same way.
