Armenian-Kazakh cooperation prospects in energy sector discussed

Acting prime minister Nikol Pashinyan had a working dinner in Astana with the chairman of the Committee of Oil and Gas Industry and member of Board of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs Daniyar Abulgazin and director of Mosston Engineering company Davit Galstyan.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed a number of issues on prospects of cooperation in energy sector, referred to the conditions and opportunities existing in the Armenian market and the steps of the government addressed toward the improvement of the business environment.

The Kazakh side has expressed interest in starting business activity in Armenia. Acting PM hailed the initiative and offered to continue discussions with the relevant governmental bodies of Armenia to outline the further steps and bring them into life.

During the meeting they also referred to the organization of export of different Armenian products to Kazakhstan.
