Strong political figure to have vote of confidence in any corner of homeland: Naira Zohrabyan

Tsarukyan faction MP Naira Zohrabyan does not share the viewpoint that she is being exiled.

“The strong political figure must have vote of confidence not only in the yard of the house she/he was born but in any settlement of the homeland, in any province and village, where the party will decide,” she said, speaking about her nomination by rating system in Armenia’s Syunik and Vayots Dzor provinces.

“Besides, my roots come from Syunik,” she told the reporters today.

Zohrabyan stressed that as a political figure she has a right to expect vote of confidence in any settlement of Armenia.

“I understand that the election campaign will be short, and I am going to move to Syunik these days and also be in Vayots Dzor. I will try to visit as much settlements of these provinces as possible,” she said, adding that she is going to convince the population of the provinces that she will be an available MP for them every day and every hour.
