Armenia’s government kept all promises given to people: Acting PM
As of October 2018, the government carried out its commitments assumed before people without any exception, acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a news conference he convened today.
“We have promised to remove Serzh Sargsuan and his force in a peaceful way and we did it,” he said, adding that another promise - conduction of fair, frank elections is to follow.
“We have ensured it already at the municipal and Yerevan City Council elections,” he said.
“We have promised to fight against corruption and we are doing it,” he said, adding that economic monopoly has also been eradicated.
“There are no restrictions today in the market and new players are coming forth. We have promised equal conditions for all and we did it,” he said.
“We have fully returned the power to people. Each person will decide the country’s future with his/her own vote,” he said, adding that they expect vote of confidence to assume country’s governance and carry out economic revolution.
