Acting PM warns law enforcers against ignoring any election bribe distribution case
Armenia has an issue to conduct best elections in its history, Armenia’s acting PM Nikol Pashinyan stated today in Armenia's Aragatsotn province.
“With this I mean that the official results of voting must clearly express the wish of the Armenian citizens,” he said.
He also stressed the necessity to exclude any influence on voter’s wish.
“The best known method of it during the past years was the election bribe. The police and the law enforcers in general have been instructed to strictly respond to any bribe distribution attempt,” Pashinyan said.
“God forbid I learn about election bribe distribution attempts from media and not law enforcers,” he warned.
“Our issue is to clearly fix that each citizen of Armenia is able to make his/her choice without help of anyone,” he said, stressing also that the election campaign must be carried out in equal conditions.
“The political forces should not meet any obstacles, all the halls must be available for all the forces,” he said.
