Zhamanak: Ex Nature Protection minister to be arrested in December
Zhamanak paper writes that Republican party member, former urban and then nature protection minister will soon be arrested. The paper says a criminal case has been filed on the basis of application submitted by businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan where Harutyunyan’s name is being circulated as an official who took bribe.
The paper writes that earlier acting PM Nikol Pashinyan stated in the NA that an MP will be arrested and they are just waiting for an official document from abroad.
Citing its source, the paper says that the Special Investigation Service has already received the necessary documents. More probably Harutyunyan will be arrested in December after the authorities of this parliament are expired and Harutyunyan loses his deputy immunity and there will be no need to get NA’s permission for his arrest.
