Pashinyan says he will remain country’s PM as long as people want him to

The election campaign of My Step bloc launched from Armenia’s Talin.

Acting Prime Minister, leader of the bloc Nikol Pashinyan addressed the gathered to share what he said the biggest result of the revolution.

“The biggest result of the revolution is that we have eliminated the necessity of conduction of revolutions in Armenia, as now you are able to do it by one ballot, by your vote. Why did the revolution take place? Because people were deprived of an opportunity to form authorities by their voting. You were voting for one, but another was coming to power,” he stated.

Pashinyan stressed that the votes of the Armenian citizens were stolen, were rigged.

“Why have I become Armenia’s PM, because you have decided so. How long will I stay? As much as you decide,” Pashinyan stressed.

The leader of the bloc stated that as soon as the people decide that he should not be a PM any longer, he will stop being it.

Pashinyan also stated that he expects vote of confidence.

“Why do I expect vote of confidence from you? Because in the opposite case I would have betrayed you. I would have left you on a half way,” he said, adding that he will leave the post only in case people want so.
