Armenia’s acting PM expresses condolences to families of pilots of crashed SU-25
Armenia’s acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expressed his condolences to the families and colleagues of the pilots of military SU-25 jet crashed today in Maralik.
Speaking at a campaign in Armenia's Armavir, the acting PM said the information about the jet reported in the morning unfortunately confirmed. He offered to pay tribute to the memory of killed pilots with one minute of silence.
The communication with the jet was lost at about 10.20 a.m.
The jet was implementing planned training flight but crashed in Maralik hills killing two pilots Deputy Colonel Armen Babayan and Mayor Movses Manukyan.
