Seven cases of impeding expression of free voting will registered
Armenian Prosecutor General’s task group has examined and studied 64 cases about electoral crimes as of December 9, 1 p.m. Corresponding activities are being carried out by investigative bodies.
Eleven of the cases were registered as a result of mass media monitoring and 53 cases were registered on the basis of applications received from citizens.
Materials are being prepared for examining the legality and grounds for filing criminal cases. Twenty-seven of the cases refer to voting more than once.
Seven of the cases refer to impeding the implementation of free election will, one to taking ballot, two violating order of voters’ lists, 1 to giving bribe etc.
