Newly appointed commanders in Artsakh are in roots of Artsakh war from the very beginning: acting PM
Armenian acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he cannot comment on the dismissal of the Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, the acting PM told the reporters in Dilijan today.
Asked about the fear of reduction of army’s efficiency as a result, Pashinyan described it as a “very bad comment addressed to our army.”
“Who are the appointed commanders? All their lives they served in the Armed Forces and are in the roots of the Artsakh war,” he said.
